My live mix from Funky Tuesday live at Le Petit Vinbar in Torvehallerne, Copenhagen is now up on Mixcloud.
There were a lot of technical issues unfortunately, with bleeds and deadspots on the mixer, noise and fallouts from the cable and needlejumps. But we got through it and I am very happy about the selection.
The three hour mix is based on the mood at the wine bar and is inspired by hiphop with really having anything other than a few hiphop instrumental beats. Otherwise it mostly library music, breaks, old jazz, funk, soul, African and Arabic vibes and modern music inspired by hiphop. So a 360 back to the roots and also me trying to do a set that differentiates from the other mixes I have heard down there.
